01Website operator and acceptance
The website is operated by Aviz Tech Solutions FZ-LLC, located in the United Arab Emirates and trading under the AVIZTECH brand. References to “AVIZTECH”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean that legal entity unless a quotation or contract states otherwise.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the website for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the interactive forms or RFQ tools.
02B2B information and website purpose
AVIZTECH presents SMT, PCBA, DIP, inspection, soldering, handling, coating, cleaning, traceability, software, consumable, and factory-support information for business evaluation. The website supports product discovery, preliminary engineering guidance, career applications, and preparation of requests for quotation.
Unless a page expressly says otherwise, website content is general information. It is not a final engineering design, safety assessment, compliance certificate, professional guarantee, binding offer, or commitment to supply.
03RFQ basket, forms, and no online checkout
The RFQ basket is a request-planning tool, not a shopping cart. Adding a product, selecting a quantity, using a line builder, or submitting a form does not place an order, reserve stock, create an agency relationship, or conclude a sale.
An automated acknowledgement or RFQ reference confirms receipt only. AVIZTECH may request additional technical, commercial, end-use, compliance, or company information before deciding whether to quote. We may decline an enquiry where the scope, destination, end use, compliance position, or available supply route cannot be supported.
A binding commercial commitment exists only when authorised parties accept the applicable written quotation, purchase-order acknowledgement, supply agreement, statement of work, or other executed contract.
04Product descriptions, images, and specifications
Product names, images, diagrams, categories, summaries, and selection guidance help identify a potential equipment family. Manufacturers may revise designs, firmware, components, dimensions, options, specifications, documentation, or product status without immediate notice to AVIZTECH.
Images may show a representative configuration, optional equipment, workshop context, or earlier revision. A watermark, AVIZTECH label, file name, or website category does not by itself establish the original manufacturer, certification status, country of origin, included accessories, or scope of supply.
Before purchase, the customer must review the quotation, approved specification, bill of materials, layout, utilities, interfaces, acceptance criteria, warranty, and manufacturer documentation issued for the specific project.
05Engineering tools and recommendations
Line builders, technical guidelines, capacity prompts, preliminary scopes, and automated suggestions are planning aids. Their output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the inputs and cannot replace a project-specific engineering review.
Final selection may depend on PCB dimensions and mass, component range, feeder count, throughput method, takt time, solder alloy, thermal profile, inspection strategy, traceability, factory layout, line direction, SMEMA or other interfaces, power, compressed air, exhaust, nitrogen, ESD controls, environmental conditions, local standards, operator capability, and maintenance strategy.
06Quotations, orders, and contract priority
A quotation may define the supplier, manufacturer, model, options, price, currency, taxes, validity period, payment schedule, production lead time, delivery basis, Incoterms rule, inspection, FAT or SAT, installation, training, warranty, exclusions, and document package. Those written terms apply only to the stated scope and validity period.
Customer purchase terms do not override an AVIZTECH quotation or contract unless AVIZTECH expressly accepts them in writing through an authorised representative. If these website Terms conflict with a signed commercial document, the signed document controls for that transaction.
07Customer technical and legal responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate company, destination, end-use, product, PCB, production, utility, layout, interface, safety, and compliance information.
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, options, interfaces, acceptance criteria, and written exclusions before order confirmation.
- Prepare a safe installation site with suitable access, floor loading, power quality, earthing, air, exhaust, gas, network, ESD controls, environmental conditions, and permits.
- Ensure operators and maintenance staff are suitably trained and follow the manufacturer’s manuals, lockout procedures, safety warnings, maintenance schedule, and local law.
- Obtain destination-country import, customs, licensing, registration, sanctions, export-control, product-safety, environmental, and workplace approvals that are allocated to the customer in the commercial documents.
- Do not use equipment, software, technical data, or services for an unlawful, prohibited, unsafe, or undisclosed end use.
08Delivery, installation, training, and support
Any date shown before formal order review is an estimate. Delivery and project timing may depend on manufacturer confirmation, configuration approval, payment milestones, export documents, carrier schedules, customs, site readiness, visas, access permits, and events outside reasonable control.
Installation, commissioning, FAT, SAT, process development, training, maintenance, remote support, spare parts, consumables, travel, accommodation, translation, and after-sales service are included only when stated in the applicable quotation or contract. The customer must not assume a service is included because it is described elsewhere on the website.
09OEM products, brands, and third parties
The website may identify third-party OEMs, product models, software, standards, and trademarks. Those names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply ownership by AVIZTECH or a particular appointment, exclusivity, certification, or authorisation unless confirmed in the relevant written commercial document.
Third-party warranty, licence, cybersecurity, software, cloud, and support terms may apply in addition to an AVIZTECH contract. The customer is responsible for reviewing terms presented for the selected third-party product.
10Website intellectual property
The website layout, AVIZTECH branding, original copy, selection workflows, compilations, graphics, code, and other AVIZTECH-created material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product images and third-party materials may be owned by their respective rights holders and are used subject to applicable permission or licence.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation of an AVIZTECH project. You may not scrape the catalog, systematically download assets, remove watermarks or rights notices, republish content, create a competing database, misrepresent affiliation, reverse engineer protected website functions, or use the material for model training or commercial redistribution without written permission.
11Your submissions and confidential information
You confirm that information submitted through the website is accurate, lawful, and that you have authority to provide it. You grant AVIZTECH a limited right to use and share the submission as reasonably necessary to answer the request, prepare a quotation, assess a candidate, coordinate relevant partners, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
A website form does not create a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement. Do not submit trade secrets, controlled technical data, passwords, source code, payment credentials, or highly sensitive material until the parties have agreed a suitable secure channel and, where needed, a written NDA.
12Acceptable use
We may restrict access, reject a submission, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, AVIZTECH, service providers, or legal rights.
- Do not attack, probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems.
- Do not send malware, deceptive requests, unlawful material, abusive content, unsolicited advertising, or automated bulk submissions.
- Do not impersonate another person or company, conceal a prohibited destination or end use, or provide false commercial or technical data.
- Do not use bots or scraping tools except for ordinary public search-engine indexing that follows published technical controls.
13Privacy, cookies, and external links
Personal data is handled under the AVIZTECH Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. The consent panel allows optional storage categories to be controlled where relevant.
External links are provided for convenience or technical reference. AVIZTECH does not control the availability, security, content, privacy practices, or commercial terms of an independent third-party website.
14Website availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website useful, secure, and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every item remains available. We may correct content, change categories, suspend features, remove products, or perform maintenance without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and preliminary guidance are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in an authorised written quotation or contract. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.
15Limitation of website liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aviz Tech Solutions FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising only from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, third-party links, or unauthorised use of a user’s device or credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or another non-excludable obligation. Liability relating to supplied products or services is governed by the applicable signed commercial documents and mandatory law.
16Governing law and disputes
These website Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and any mandatory regulations applicable to Aviz Tech Solutions FZ-LLC as a UAE free-zone company, without prejudice to non-waivable rights under another applicable law.
The parties should first attempt to resolve a website-related dispute through good-faith written discussion. Unless an executed commercial agreement specifies arbitration, a free-zone forum, or another competent venue, disputes are subject to the courts or tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable UAE law.
17Changes, severability, and language
We may update these Terms when the website, commercial model, or legal framework changes. The effective date and version identify the current publication. Continued use after publication means the updated Terms apply to later website use; an existing signed contract is not changed unless its amendment process is followed.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. English and Arabic website versions are provided for accessibility. A signed quotation or contract should identify its controlling language, and mandatory Arabic-language or UAE legal requirements prevail where the law requires.
UAE legal framework
These Terms are structured for a UAE-based B2B enquiry website and refer to the UAE framework for modern technology-based trade and electronic transactions. Mandatory law and an executed commercial agreement take priority where applicable.
Commercial or legal question
Use the contact page for questions about these Terms, an RFQ, product suitability, or the commercial documents governing a proposed project.
